River Advice is the leading independent service provider for the river cruising industry world wide, offering expertise in a wide range of fields. Together with its subsidiaries (River Catering GmbH, River Ground GmbH, River Nautical GmbH and River Services GmbH), River Advice takes on the complete management of ships or ship owning companies.

The modular range of services, which can be bought individually consists mainly of the following components:

• consulting: projects, new routes, budgets etc
  
• financing of pre-owned ships and shipbuilding
  
• supervision of shipbuilding and refurbishments
  
• founding of ship-owning companies and administrative management
  
• operative tasks: nautical/technical management, catering and, if requested, the organisation of shore excursions

All services are offered in modules and tailor-made. The group has at present 750 employees, about 50 on shore in Basel and Zug and 700 on customers’ ships.
